The cue you want is to keep your chest up at the bottom of the squat. It forces your spine back into a stable position. If you still have it then your shit's fucked somehow.

You need to spend your first six months in the gym working on mobility and flexibility. Fail to do this (correctly) and you will inevitably injure yourself.

I can explain this one. He has a new generation buttplug which counts reps for you like those counters on grip trainers. You basically need to "hit" the ground with it for it to count, which helps maintain proper range of movement.
