Wtf is hugh and kow stance and what those pic are suppose to be?
I would assume it's high bar vs low bar or raised heels vs no heel elevation.
Then call it this way without making up shitty terms no one ever used.

>various leg machines for isolation

Why can't you niggers understand this? You shouldn't be doing one or the other. You should be doing both, along with

>bodyweight squat varieties (1 or 2 legged, asymmetric weight, etc) for flexibility and easy movement

post your gains from legpress. you won't because you have none.

If you are on roids, you can make gains from legpress. A natty will NEVER make gains from legpress. Never. No matter what you do. You can do an 1000lbs with an extreme range of motion with your knees touching your ears. You will still have small little weak legs. Highbar squatting 2pl8s for reps is better (gains wise) than legpressing 1000lbsx20 without gear. legpress is good as a rehab exercise if you are injured. that's all it is good for. It is an absolute garbage exercise for an uninjured natty. People will cope and seethe and say I'm a retard. But they will not post their gains they've made from doing only legpress. I can guarantee that. EVERY natty with jacked legs has either a strong squat or an extremely strong hacksquat (for reps.) There is no way around this. You can't just do legpress without drugs and make gains. It won't happen.

this is all leg press, you mongoloid. "high" refers to placing your feet near the top of the plate, while "low" refers to placing them near the bottom of the plate. sinple.

lol. lmao even.
Anonymous No.76370678 >>76372427

The hamstrings help extend the hips so they do work on leg press movements.

unless you have a gigantic leg press machine you can't go high enough to work out hamstrings meaningfully
Anonymous No.76372993
>>76372427
Your hamstrings extend the hip, any movement that extends the hip works the hamstrings.

Mike's initial ideal routine has two leg days for whatever reason, one is extensions + leg press, other is extension hold (1 rep, 1rm or more) and squats.
I don't hate it but to me the leg press is more constricting than the squat, but I also feel more mind-muscle connection and I'm pushing a lot more than I would on squat.
Oh and I got a crazy hip muscle imbalance that Mike didn't account for but I just added in weighted hip thrusts and it's fixed.

OP is a faggot who was outlifted and consequently raped by midgets. Squatting in particular brings those traumatic memories of little people about as tall as his knee cap holding him down and having their way with him. Laugh at him if you feel particularly cruel. He also freely hands out concessions, make sure to accept them if you feel charitable.
