Help, im considered female with thyroid issues and my hair is so fine and i need it to be thick, it becomes so greasy on the non wash day (i wash my hair every 2 days). What oil is safe to use? And how should i use the oil?

You can't make fine hair thick. Fine refers to the size of the strand. If you mean you want denser hair, i.e. more strands on your head as a whole then no oil is going to do that. If your hair is getting that greasy that quickly then something is off in your routine. Your shampoo might not be strong enough or you might have product buildup or your products might not be suitable for oily scalps. You're not seriously balding or anything so I don't think it's a growth problem.

I'm male but I have long hair, I have noticed that when I was washing it too often (everyday, twice shampoo once conditioner) it would get greasy very quickly. Nowadays I wash it less often (once every two or three days) and I use less shampoo etc.
Also I notice that my hair gets less greasy when I spend more time outside on the sun.
I don't know if any of that applies to you, but I'd look into simpler things like diet before attempting snake oil therapy.

What kind of water do you use? Hard water is terrible for the hair and causes it to become less dense.
You may need a water filter and a water softener for your shower.

Probably the reason it gets greasy so fast too. Hard water dries out the hair and skin so your body overproduces oil to compensate.

This is the only water softener for a shower I've seen that actually works. Expensive and a pain to maintain, but worth it.

If not this, then unironically wash your hair with drinking water from the store.

also these are useful. I would recommend using it after dealing with the hard water issue to remove whatever hard water deposits are left in your hair.
Otherwise, it is useful for mitigating hard water buildup if you cannot resolve the hard water issue

The browline is clearly in view and at a good angle to judge in OP’s photo, and you can clearly see the smooth supraorbital ridge & sharper curve of the front of the skull. Honestly you look so much like my ex from this angle that it’s kinda sad for me.
