The browline is clearly in view and at a good angle to judge in OP’s photo, and you can clearly see the smooth supraorbital ridge & sharper curve of the front of the skull. Honestly you look so much like my ex from this angle that it’s kinda sad for me. She also suffered from that sort of butterface/oily hair/redness all over the face effect, she never really solved it but I believe losing weight would be the biggest thing.
