regulate your carb intake to match your activity
Long sets 3g of carbs each
Hard sets 2.5g
Cardio that's more intense than walking just goes right to carbs.
That and learn what fructose is and how it fuctions vs other sugars and you're pretty much set.

NTA but it depends a lot on how your body is proportioned. I have rather long legs and a short torso, so I would be as lean as a guy maybe 20-30 lbs heavier than me at my same height who had inverted proportions. There are many low fat markers like visible serratus, defined obliques, etc to tell when you’re getting there

this, you get huge benefits from being lean whether you're clothed/naked. The guys that cope by saying lean guys disappear in a t-shirt usually just look fat in a t-shirt.
The thing is, if you have good proportions and decent mass, people can still tell you lift regardless of what you're wearing. Bloatmaxxers think you need to be Kyriakos sized to avoid looking dyel in clothes, a classic gymcel delusion.
I weigh like 165lbs and most guys think I'm closer to 180-190. When you are lean with decent mass in the yoke, the leanness actually creates an illusion of size, rather than the opposite.

93kg is probably the biggest you'll get while still being notably lean. You wont look like shit at 97kg but you wont be "social media lean." By the same token, you could be 90kg and still look great.

You can put muscle on cutting if you periodize mid day to be a big surplus while lifting and being above in cals by like 500 then maintain and cut as appropriate throughout the day. Bu dont lift all your calories away its easy to do this and maintain on 4000 just by being up to date on more of your muscle groups weekly.
