Grip chads, wheres your limit?
I can close a #2

I can rep a #1.5 for a few solid closes, do a decent negative

What sets do you do and what can we teach griplets?

After lots of practice I hit a 2.5 about 2 years ago. I no longer have any of my c.o.c. grippers except the sport one. Need to get them back. I could not do the 2.5 now though, that I am sure of.

Nice bro, I haven't gotten the 2 yet but I can do with 1.5 for sets of 8-10 depending on fatigue

Buying one for each strength level sounds like a scam for retarded people.
They're all probably overpriced too.

Never seen these before, how do you 'pass' to the next level? Touch the handles together? How do i know which to start with? My grip has ALWAYS sucked.

i went from 100lb & 150lbs negatives -> 150lbs and 200lbs negs in some weeks but deepseek said that just regular reps 2x a week is plenty in top of other exercises

I could close the #3 I think 13 years ago. Then I went 10 years without any specific training and could still do the 2.5 on both hands easily. Then, I went 2.5 years with zero physical activity more demanding than carrying a grocery bag, and after 3 months of comeback training and maybe 4 sessions of grippers I could do the #2.5 again.

Grip strength really stays with you once you've built it, if you put in a minimum of maintenance.

I tried them, and they cut my ring finger. They're not safe for human use.

I am working on closing #3. I have been training 2 times a week using the GD Iron Grip EXT 90 and RPM Power grippers.
I just recently ordered the actual #3 so in a week or so I will see how close I am to closing the actual thing.

I have one of those adjustable thingies. Turn the dial and up the difficulty. I can grip 40 kg (allegedly) for ten reps before needing a break.
