I can't stand eating meat anymore because I can no longer deny that it is morally abhorrent.
I tried this once before, but after 10 months by B12 levels tanked and I gave up.
I want to go about it again. Any other vegetarians making it? Any tips on supplements or resources for recipes that meet nutritional needs?

Yeah. I started supplementing and later eating meat again and it went back to normal.

Have you considered that those animals you esteem so highly, if they got the chance, would just as soon eat you (and everyone you care about)?

Humans aren't biologically compatible with vegetarian diets.
