Make no mistake, you're still not going to see neck or hand tats on anyone starting out in Big Law, investment banking, top-tier consulting, etc.But you will see the occasional forearm tat that will stay hidden in the presence of Gen X or Boomers.
But for most jobs I feel like the pendulum has started to shift and it's almost a signifier of being a lame NPC. There's certainly not the slightest thing "rebellious" about them any more.
