i'm so confused about these things. i get that the net carbs are low, but either way carbs are still going thru your body. just because the fiber pushes it a bit doesn't undo what carbs are meant to do

You are all retarded can you not read ingredients lists? This shit is hyper processed slop that will give you cancer as sure as tick follows tock. If it comes in plastic, has more than 5 ingredients, or is made using shit you donโ€™t have at home, itโ€™s hyper processed slop.

Not bad, but I don't understand why any normal person would eat these regularly unless they were;
A) An obese fat fuck who decided to switch out all the garbage he loved with healthier pseudo garbage
B) A mentally ill bodybuilder cutting to single digit bodyfat %

I'm having tortillas today and apparently mine, regular ass store tortillas are just slightly worse. Can't get OP ones in my country. Similar lowcarb high protein ones available are not too impressive either.

Instead of eating two tortillas, just have one, simple as.

Eeeh, I wouldn't trust it to be 70 calories. The fiber is likely soluble, and while FDA guidelines state you can subtract fiber from carbs in reality soluble fiber is absorbed, albeit at a diminished rate, but you're still getting something from it rather than nothing like with insoluble fiber. So instead of 0 calories per gram you're likely getting ~2 per gram, more like 3 per gram if you're heating it up as cooking it will have with absorption, so think of them as 100~120 calories instead of 70 and you'll probably be closer to the truth.

The only suspect ingredient in that list is the vegetable shortening. That said, you're orders of magnitude more likely to get cancer from exhaust fumes and rubber dust from cars, pesticides and herbicides they spray on crops and all the forever chemicals, heavy metals and other industrial poisons that make its way into the air and drinking water. That's the price we pay for letting corporations run hog wild because of some delusional idea of 'freedom'. Freedom for whom? To do what? Is someone slaving for 80 hours a week for meager pay, no benefits, shit healthcare, living in a shit appartement, with shit neighbours, feeding their kids shitty food and sending them to a shitty inner city school free?
