I had cursed beard genetics growing a literal mountain of hair on my neck and lower jaw, but none on my cheeks. my mistake was shaving everything but the cheeks thinking that would help. every time you shave, the hair comes in stronger and darker. the other advice is beard dye. you probably have hair in these places, just not colorful, but that could end up looking terrible. best bet is shaving frequently and using beard oils. now that my face has hair, I can just rock a low shave and look attractive whilst before I looked like I wore fedoras all year round

The one thing a beard will always hide is a weak chin. A strong or weak chin makes no difference when the beard is longer/thicker
A moustache can also frame he lower third and make it look more proportionate if you have a short philtrum
If you don't look as good without the facial hair it means you're actually just ugly
And if you're good looking any facial hair will be greatly enhanced. A strong lower third makes literally any facial hair style work. My favourite at the moment is the moustache and stubble everywhere else. Works even better if you have a fortunate beard coverage and it grows higher on your cheeks.
