Why do you think bodybuilders start their cut 6 months BEFORE competition, making no gains but just plan on maintaining?
Even if you run a daily deficit of 770kcal a day, that would be 23100kcal a month or 3kg a month.
Losing 15kg of fat this way would take 5 months, 152 days to be exact.
Why do you think most people aren't lean, why do you think most gym goers aren't shredded? Because it's fucking hard and miserable as fuck and you MAKE NO GAINS DURING THAT TIME.

NTA but recompting takes usually at least 3 years depending on how fat you are, if not longer

Noobs gain 2-4lbs of muscle per month for the first 6 months.

You're the same weight but less fat and more muscle.

why do you ask so rhetorical questions?

recomping is a meme, just cut then bulk then cut then bulk then cut then...
Anonymous No.76376996 [Report] >>76377032
Is it classed as a recomp if youre in a 1000 calorie deficit and training muscle for the first time?

Surely you gain noob muscle whil cutting 1kg of fat a week.

It honestly took me 2 years to see some recomp where my belly wasn't a loose saggy shit standing up. I mostly have a flatter stomach but it's still saggy

Pretty sure you would lose 2lbs a week of fat and gain 1lb a week of muscle. So 1lb weight loss on the scales but better composition.

do you not measure your body?
>waist going down and chest and arms going up is great
why do you leave this aura of mystery with whats going on? it takes fucking 5 minutes once a week to measure your chest shoulders thighs waist and whatever the fuck else you want to track and know instantly where you are, weight literally doesnt fucking matter at all God i hate you niggers
