Is this normal? How the fuck did it happen? Can I somehow reverse it or am I stuck like this for the rest of my life?

>Is this normal? How the fuck did it happen?
It's based on your stomach bacteria, there's a lot of factors that could cause your gut bacteria to get wiped out or significantly altered like taking an antibiotic for an illness or eating the same type of food for a long time.
>Can I somehow reverse it
Yeah, just drink a bunch of milk for a while. Or you could slowly build up your tolerance again with food like yogurt/cheese.

What anon said, check out kefir too. Take it slow drinking milk, one cup at a time. Donโ€™t do too much too fast or youโ€™ll regret it. See if you can find some raw milk around you, I suffer from the same thing and raw milk is much easier on me. Goats milk too, but not onions or almond or any of that gay shit.

Lactose intolerance is a meme, no one ever died or got sick from drinking milk. Just muscle through a bottle of raw buttermilk

Literally a skill issue. Consume whole milk, cottage cheese, buttermilk, natural yoghurt and every possible milk-related product you can fiind. All day everyday untill your body adapts to it again.

Start drinking whole milk that is as close to raw as possible. It's refrigerated but still has a short shelf life.
1 bacteria in the milk helps with digestion of lactose, and will colonize your intestine
2 lactose intolerance seems linked to skimmed milk.
It's basically like diabetes.
High glucose means that cells don't need to try as hard to capture glucose>they become insulin resistant.
Fat in milk slows down lactose digestion, simply by being there and "adding traffic". So the exposition of lactose to your intestine is lower.
Without fat, intestine cells don't need to try as hard to catch lactose. So you become lactose intolerant.

I used to drink skimmed lactose free milk because it's what my mother used. I switched to whole high quality milk, and had digestion issues for a few weeks. Then they completely went away and now I digest everything.

As already mentioned it's basically nonsense. What we think of as lactose intolerance is basically a loss of normal gut bacteria due to cessation of milk consumption in adulthood. Breast milk has more lactose in it than dairy, and cow milk generally has less lactose than say goat milk (which is often recommended for "lactose intolerance").

Just gradually reintroduce it into your diet and you will find that you will tolerate it better.

White people aren't innately better able to tolerate lactose, we just historically ate better (ie more animal foods) than other races due to colder climates, hence the increased brain size.

It's really sad but people are going to respond to this bait. It's very transparently and clearly designed to get people into a race centric mindset and call him brown and inferior and blah blah blah.

If you stick with it long enough it's entirely possible to adapt to it. It's also likely you took antibiotics at a critical time and they nuked your gut biome. The ability to process lactose and most other things in dairy stems from your gut being hospitable to certain gut bacteria. If thosw certain ones die and do not come back, no more dairy digestion.
