3200-3700cal is my rough estimate. Not as bad as some videos, but way more than an inactive woman needs in a day. The calories aren't even the worst part of the video, it's the lack of nutrients. The fruit and vegetables are a good start, but the only protein she got was paired with sugar or deep fried food. This is a very realistic idea of what normies think "eating healthy" is. It could be worse, but it's still far from healthy.
