I work out for 60-75 minutes three times a week, I run 5-10km, I eat healthy, i don't smoke, haven't done drugs in months, only thing i sometimes do is drink some booze every few weeks. I get a healthy 7-8 hours of sleep every night.

Why the fuck am i always tired? Even my colleagues are making comments about me constantly yawning.

>I work out for 60-75 minutes three times a week
what routine? also three times isn't that much
>haven't done drugs in months
that's not a long time, it'll take years to fully come back to normal after consuming drugs
>only thing i sometimes do is drink some booze every few weeks
booze is poison and affects you in the longterm
>I get a healthy 7-8 hours of sleep every night
7 hours isn't enough for most people

You don't live healthily

Workout 2-3 times a week for an hour or so (weights)
Eat only home cooked meals from scratch (95% unprocessed foods, unless you count whey protein )
Dont drink
Dont smoke
All bloodwork looks good, except Test went down 400 points from 2 years ago. Was at 660 natty, now 264. Doc too stupid to get my brain scanned to check for tumors because it's such a huge decline in test levels.
Doc put me on Test, 100mg a week (I split it unto 3 doses), only 1.5 weeks in, no real change
Got Vyvanse prescription as well. It helps keep me awake but I'm still fatigued all day.
Only time I feel rested is when I nap again mid day. Get around 7-12 hours of sleep, depending on if I nap. (average 7 hours a night)
Tried to sleep on my sides as well, just in case it's sleep apnea, no change.
Tested a BUNCH of different supplements, none have any effect (Only thing I haven't tried is pre-workouts, as I have an espresso machine)
Unvaxxed

Welp, guess either I have a brain tumor or I'm just getting old? Only thing I don't do very well is drink a TON of water.I always pee light yellow. Might be stress too since wife just got over cancer and now has severe gastroparesis so she cant eat more than 200-400 calories a day. Slowly watching her die.

I eat mostly vegetables, a lot of fish and fruit, and dairy. No meat, no bread. That's 90% of my diet, because that's the stuff i like, not because i force myself to eat healthy.

>>76383355
Didn't say i live really healthily, i just assume i live healthy enough to not be constantly tired.

>7 hours isn't enough for most people
Well that's what i'm afraid of, but i feel like wasting so much time when sleeping any more. I'm trying to optimize my schedule and get more free time.

Watching her go skelly mode.
But either way, no idea what it could be. Hell, OP is healthier than me it seems because cardio.

OP get your blood work checked (vit D, magnes, K2, Test, free test, estrogen, iron, etc.) and see if you're deficient in any areas.
Most people are deficient in Vit D but since you do cardio I assume you're not.

I would do the following if I was you:
Keep a log of energy levels, start off with the easy one. Sleep for 8-9 hours a night for a week. See how you feel, if your energy levels raise substantially or not.

Then cut out some foods and eat plain (not saying go vegan, just keep it like just rice, meat and some veggies.) Avoid dairy and eggs and flour based products.
See how you feel then.

Start taking supplements from trusted sources, look for companies that provide COAs or get a temporary credit card and sign up for consumerlabs and close the card. (Privacy dot coom) and you have a free 5 day pass to get their lab tests on supplement brands. Aim for the basic shit, nothing too expensive. Maybe give yourself like a $40 budget. I was dumb and bought a TON of supplements, but nothing seemed to have worked for me.

Other than that, good luck man. No idea what it could be besides those.

Think I'll give it a try, thank you. I hope things will work out for you and your wife.

It does sound like a bit like a similar approach to what my mom suggested, looking into glucosis and blood sugar.

most vegetables, with the exception of root vegetables and fruits, are bad for you. fish has lots of pufa in it, and in excess it is VERY bad for you. replace vegetables with more fruit or juices, replace fish with more dairy and eggs. try and see how you feel with gelatin. add daily carrots. ask your doc to test your blood for t3, t4 and tsh

We can't all sleep 12 hours every day anon, some people have jobs and still want to have time for their hobbies. I don't know anyone with a job who sleeps more than 8h if he has to work he next day, by far the vast majority sleeps less. Two of my colleagues with little kids regularly get between 3 to 5 hours of sleep every night.

but if his liver is hurting then i guess its over pretty soon. he had a good run tho, most alcoholics actually drink some water here and there, this guy has been drinking soda and alcohol for like 8 years straight now
