But either way, no idea what it could be. Hell, OP is healthier than me it seems because cardio.
OP get your blood work checked (vit D, magnes, K2, Test, free test, estrogen, iron, etc.) and see if you're deficient in any areas.
Most people are deficient in Vit D but since you do cardio I assume you're not.
I would do the following if I was you:
Keep a log of energy levels, start off with the easy one. Sleep for 8-9 hours a night for a week. See how you feel, if your energy levels raise substantially or not.
Then cut out some foods and eat plain (not saying go vegan, just keep it like just rice, meat and some veggies.) Avoid dairy and eggs and flour based products.
See how you feel then.
Start taking supplements from trusted sources, look for companies that provide COAs or get a temporary credit card and sign up for consumerlabs and close the card. (Privacy dot coom) and you have a free 5 day pass to get their lab tests on supplement brands. Aim for the basic shit, nothing too expensive. Maybe give yourself like a $40 budget. I was dumb and bought a TON of supplements, but nothing seemed to have worked for me.
Other than that, good luck man. No idea what it could be besides those.
