If it's good quality you will feel a difference but how big of a difference and in what way you notice it is very individual. For some it actually causes anhedonia, so it may not be ideal for you but who knows.

I've been taking it for about three to four weeks, maybe even more. I didn't feel any noticeable changes regarding my stress and anxiety levels, which is mainly why I wanted to try it. What I did feel, however, was an increase in my appetite, even though you'll read that it should suppress it. Idk, I stopped using it. Maybe mine was bad quality or something, but you should try it out yourself.
