Great, now you're gonna live for 30 years bed ridden with dementia or alzheimers than 20.

1. no it doesn't
2. you can get better improvements by just being healthy

Yep, salmon and sea vegetables. I know seaweed is gross at first but you'll learn to love it.

I already megadose niacin and C, why should I listen to the jews and buy this? I take as much as I can without getting diarrhea and this usually involves drinking half a gallon of water

nta but I don't see why not. It's always the drunkfags and people with no ambition coping themselves into an ugly early death. If you don't think lifting equates to mobility and longevity then go back to your incel threads.

The main thing I hear from people 80+ is they've had enough of life and kind of just want to go. Even the healthy ones.
Even if you could become immortal, which is impossable even for Brian Johnson, is that by about 120 you'll likely had enough of living and be bored out of your skull.

His dick will probably still work at 120, he'll still be autistically following his regimen, including the penis reguvination protocol, infusing his great grandchildren's blood and banging teen pussy like a proper vampire. Godspeed, Bryan Johnson.

just chemmaxx and synthesize supplements yourself
then you don't need to worry about authenticity except for the precursors which usually aren't controlled or difficult to get your hands on anyways

Median lifespan in male ITP mice was increased by 12%. Maximum lifespan only by a non-significant 6%. And only at a dose much, much higher than any commercially available product although even lower doses like 12-24mg could probably already work.
Astaxanthin's current main benefit in humans is skin, eye and brain protection. It's part of my stack and hopefully doesn't blunt exercise performance.

if you look at most of the stuff with positive lifespan data in mouse studies, it at least has some kind of positive biomarker data in humans. but keep waiting for the 100 year clinical trials, lmao.

Yeah, you're right. That's how I base my decisions about what I put into my body. By virtue of "at least" and "some kind". That definitely sounds very smart.

if I've learned anything about hair loss research, it's that mice studies are worth less than horseshit when it comes to real world application for people

you're just a retard who fell for a supplement grift, there are maybe 10 supplements total that do anything measurable and they are all extremely well known and studied

I was taking NAC back when everyone was still hyper-focused on the cancer mice; mouse models are informative but not perfectly correlative, I'm on several hair molecules that only have published mouse evidence and some with both mouse and human evidence. Generally, don't generalize mouse results too much.
