The main thing I hear from people 80+ is they've had enough of life and kind of just want to go. Even the healthy ones.
Even if you could become immortal, which is impossable even for Brian Johnson, is that by about 120 you'll likely had enough of living and be bored out of your skull.

Just another vitamin A derivative molecule.

just chemmaxx and synthesize supplements yourself
then you don't need to worry about authenticity except for the precursors which usually aren't controlled or difficult to get your hands on anyways

Median lifespan in male ITP mice was increased by 12%. Maximum lifespan only by a non-significant 6%. And only at a dose much, much higher than any commercially available product although even lower doses like 12-24mg could probably already work.
Astaxanthin's current main benefit in humans is skin, eye and brain protection. It's part of my stack and hopefully doesn't blunt exercise performance.

I was taking NAC back when everyone was still hyper-focused on the cancer mice; mouse models are informative but not perfectly correlative, I'm on several hair molecules that only have published mouse evidence and some with both mouse and human evidence. Generally, don't generalize mouse results too much.
