Count calories, all of them.
Eat about 500-1000 less calories than your TDEE.
Buy scales, be accurate.
Learn to cook. Try to stick to lean protein and green vegetables.
Eat a lot of protein. 0.72g per pound of goal lean body mass.
Doing cardio, even just walking, will improve your health. There is no such thing as a healthy fat heart, but you can offset the risks.
Lifting weights will keep and gain muscle mass and lose fat much quicker. Not lifting results in the body eating away muscle AND fat.
Drink more water.

Repeating my question from last thread, has anyone actually used ozempic/wegovy/mounjaro etc here? I'm thinking of doing it.
I'm specifically interested if it only physically kills your hunger(which probably wouldn't help me much) or does it actually prevent cravings on a more fundamental level - like if someone eats too much because tasty food is the most reliable dopamine hit available to them will they still help? I was skeptical but apparently they're being researched to help with addiction treatments so maybe there's something more to it.

Pretty discouraged this week. Always have suffered from ocular migraines as an adult and it seems like eating at a caloric deficit triggers them too. I basically have to always be in perfect equilibrium (can't drink too little water or too much water during the day or I get them, can't eat too little food or too much food during the day or I get them). At least I finally got to see a neurologist and they prescribed me some Triptans so I hope those will help a bit. But it makes losing weight a real bitch when I feel like I have to decide between cutting and migraines.

Someone help me out I’m 4 lbs up from last week even though I have been calorie counting, eating no more than 1300 calories a day, and I mean that, I’ve been doing this a while I’m not like these people who ‘calorie count’ 1200 calories but in fact are eating 3000 calories with oil, sugary drinks, snacks etc they haven’t tracked.

A dish I have really been enjoying is simply boiled eggs and jalapenos. A 10 minute boil will get the jalapenos soft and flavorful and slightly less spicy than raw. Also perfectly cooks the eggs. 5 days after the initial dose i feel back to normal but the hunger still hasn't really returned.

Eating small portions of high protein foods and taking a pre-biotic with every meal to mitigate side effects and it seems to be working.

I think the nauseous feeling I felt after day one was because I fucked up and had Mcdicks earlier before dosing and that shit was just sitting in my gut for too long. Went 3 days without eating anything- basically did a short water fast with zero hunger pains.

I know you can't break thermodynamics, and they are just in a caloric deficit somewhere, but I swear sometimes my gf will just eat the most caloric shit like chocolates, chips, etc. after dinner every day whereas I am super strict, but she stays slim with 0 effort. Cooking and food are both a hobby of mine, a social glue and a source of pleasure. I don't want to give that up and I see no reason to do so, as the way I'm currently doing it results in me eating food I really enjoy while losing the weight at a steady pace. The low kcals just really limit my options, so variety has been lacking a bit, but I'll figure it out.

Always before weights I do 20min on bike. On A days I do "heavy" ride currently pushing 166watts and on B days I do chill ride 131watts atm.
On walks I try get 1h walking which comes to around bout 4.6km and on those days I hit the 10k steps. On gym days I get around 3k to 4k.

Started getting back to gym/bike (started small like 10 min chill rides) mid March and cleaned diet around early June. Not 100% sure of starting weight but mid June weight was 182kg.

Even then it's probably a generous guess.
If your device can measure watts that's a bit better as a proxy.

What I mean is suppose you burn 2100 per day with no cardio. Suppose you begin to do 500 calories of cardio per day. According to that video, while you will burn 2600 calories for a while, eventually your TDEE will adjust and go back to 2100 (or maybe 2200), effectively having adjusted to the cardio. At this point if you stop doing the cardio your TDEE would surely go down as your body was expecting it and had adjusted to having it.

Alright gents, I did my first bulk after having lost 70lbs. Over 4 months I gained 10lbs. I think I've gained an okish amount if muscle because my body fat didn't go up too much and I have more definition. Time to cut it back. I dont ever want to be fat again. Back to filling out MFP for the day and reminding myself I've already scheduled my intake and I cannot afford anything else.

That's awesome, nice job. I bulked up just under 30 over like 14 months myself. Cut down 20 pounds and I'm really happy. Hope you enjoyed the bulk. I got 4 more weeks of cutting to go and another year long bulk. Can't wait. Personally I learned a ton this cut and it was much easier because of it. Also took a new friend under my wing and taught him what I learned and he lost like 25 pounds alongside me. He made a damn good sorbet and a greek yogurt ice cream out of a ninja creami today. Lose those 10 pounds you gained and lets get another bulk in!

It really depends on the person. I would atleast do 2 or 3 full body days while keeping intensity up. Maybe drop the volume a bit. I personally kept lifting hard and went with a small deficit and light cardio.

Do you guys think stuff like this is good to keep having or should I cut it out. Sodastream bottle where you just make carbonated water and then add the syrup in. The one I always have is this no sugar Pepsi one which has like very little stuff in it (under 85 kilojoules in 9 litre mix of it).
I have like a whole water bottle sized thing of this everyday which is like a litre of water mixed with a tiny bit of syrup.
Been having it for a while but I don't know if I should cut it out now that I am trying to take my fat loss seriously.

Im doing 5 and the burnout is real. I do a deload every 5th week and mid way through week 4 im rekt. So just think of the cardio, lifting and calories as a sliding scale. When one goes up, something needs to come down. Maybe cut one set from each exercise and keep doing 3 days while lowering calories and adding light cardio. Or add the cardio, keep calories the same and drop a lifting day. Any variation on this works. Dont be afraid to experiment and see what you like most. Personally its super light cardio like stationary bike and walks, a moderate diet of 1800-1900 calories and lots of lifting. Going for a walk shirtless now (its humid) while I wait for DK Bananza to drop. Just finished biking while playing Digimon World Next Order for an hour.

Took me a while but the trick was to stack the odds in my favor then sift through until I found someone I really connected with. I signed up for a fat guy site and after wading through chasers for about 6 or 7 months, a cute guy liked one of my photos, so I messaged him and we really hit it off. From what I've found the average male has around 5 liters of blood circulating in their body.
Most people will start having severe side effects at around 14% blood loss which would be around 0.7 liters of blood.
The stomach of an average 10 year old child can hold 1 to 1.5 liters.
So, depending on how careless your lolipire gets or how passionate she is about sucking you, she could easily suck out up to 30% of your blood which would be enough to trigger a hemorrhagic shock and unless you're used to low blood volumes (ie being a frequent blood donor) you will pass out and possibly fall into a coma. If your lolipire has a larger stomach and can hold 2.5 liters of blood you will outright die since at 50% blood loss your body starts to completely lose functionality.
Of course this is all on the assumption that you are a person with an average build.

Paper towel effect is a real thing, the impact of losing a few more pounds is much higher the skinnier you are.

If you're 600lbs you can lose 100lbs and hardly notice, when you're <200lbs losing just 10lbs can have a massively noticeable effect. So while it becomes harder to lose weight the further down you go in BMI the visual impact of those last few lbs is much higher.
