I FUCKING HATE INSOMNIA. I WOKE UP AGAIN AFTER ONLY 4 1/2 HOURS OF SLEEP. I HAVE NEVER HAD CONSISTENTLY GOOD SLEEP FOR MORE THAN A WEEK AT A TIME SINCE I WAS A CHILD.

I EXERCISE 6 DAYS A WEEK UNTIL IM EXHAUSTED IT DOESN'T MAKE A DIFFERENCE. IN FACT THE LACK OF SLEEP IS HURTING MY PROGRESS IN THE GYM.
I GO TO BED AT THE AAME TIME EVERY NIGHT, I DON'T EAY BEFORE BED, I DON'T DRINK MUCH WATER BEFORE BED, I DO THE HECKIN MEDITATION, BUT I CONSTANTLY WALE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FUCKJNG NIGHT SO FUCKING OFTEN. I CAN'T GO BACK TO SLEEP. IT'S ALSO JUST SO FUKCING HOT OUT. 100 DEGREES HIGH HUMIDITY AT NIGHT NO AIR CONDITIONING. FUCK THIS STUPID NIGGER PLANET. HOW DO I SLEEP

Don't take benzos no matter what you do, warning you as someone maybe permanently damaged.

Some more advice

>Don't ever sit on your bed until it's time to sleep
>Turn off all screens an hour before bed, get a Phillips hue bulb and use blue light if you wanna read during this hour or something
>Maybe drink some chamomile tea and take some melatonin before bed
>Make sure your mattress is comfortable, spend the money on a nice one. Also good pillows
>Turn AC on at night, I find being cold helps me sleep
>Potentially a weighted blanket if you have anxiety
>Avoid caffeine entirety
>White noise might help

Use a fan with a wet sheet on it.
Get hydroxizine, for me a pill + a beer give me a very restful sleep with no side-effects.
If you can't get hydroxizine, get a ton of chamomile. Buy in bulk. Brew like 100g dry chamomile baskets. How to brew: 50C water in a thermos flask + 30g cham/liter (chamomile chemicals get destroyed above 60C). Will put you to sleep. Lower dosage will work too, just don't do the faggy 3g teabags thing.

Buy melissa tea, glycine and magnesium. 5g of glycine and 1g of magnesium, 30 min before sleep. Don't use screens an hour and a half before.
Meditate as you do and read a book. Make sure the light you use is warm. Ideally a candle.
Also invest in airfan.
I live in a tropical climate (as a semi-northern euro) and used to have horrible problems with sleep.

Youre in cns fatigue man idk what to tell you, at least recovery lifting pr like bench 2x-wk only so you dont progress on dumb muscles for max fatigue in this lost time.

Yellow/white light makes your body think it's still day time, it also strains your eyes.

Can you get a portable unit or window unit? Also you find you sleep better in winter? If so a unit might be a good investment.
