Cardio ruined my gains so no I don't. I do sprints one day a week that's all.
Running 6 days a week made me too fatigued and needing to eat 5k calories a day. Can't afford that shit.

I heard running fucks with leg recovery so I try to have a whole buffer day in there since my knees are fragile as fuck and prior to this couldn't go 8 months without an injury. On a 16 month streak hoping to not break it.

The weather has been a comfy 22-24 for the past week (which is very uncommon in these parts), I never miss an opportunity to cycle on days like this. My legs have been killing me, though, I usually have some rest days in between.
I wanna do cardio because it's the limiting factor in my pull ups, I can only do like 8 strict pull ups because I'm out of breath to do the 9th.
but I'm scared because it's said to kill your gains and other stuff.
