Well that's fucking retarded. >>76390942 >Running 6 days a week >needing to eat 5k calories a day.
Either you're lying or you're a fucking moron. That would be beyond standard cardio, that's some ultra endurance shit if you ran that much. I do a mile on max incline fast as I can and don't even break 1k calories based on heart rate. You don't need to do 6 days of ultra endurance shit to get cardio benefits dumbass.

You literally cannot prove it by any significant measure. But please proceed to jack off some internet grifter or cite some laughable study that wouldn't pass peer review.

I used to do cardio after lifting and now I've started doing before lifting, I think both feels like the same shit, doing it before and getting rid of it as fast as possible does seem better imo, I never liked sitting at the gym for another 30 minutes seeing my pump go away after lifting.
I heard running fucks with leg recovery so I try to have a whole buffer day in there since my knees are fragile as fuck and prior to this couldn't go 8 months without an injury. On a 16 month streak hoping to not break it.
Hurt my shin a little over two weeks ago and haven't been able to run since. My shin is still bruised and I feel like my circulation has gotten worse since.
The weather has been a comfy 22-24 for the past week (which is very uncommon in these parts), I never miss an opportunity to cycle on days like this. My legs have been killing me, though, I usually have some rest days in between.
