Comparing raw food to cooked food. Yes, there are such regulations. Also there is an advice to never eat taw flavour for that reason, unless you want to get a salmonella. But figs are fine, you won't get an infection from it.

Half a watermelon is like 4,5-5 kg and contains approximately 30,4 kcal/100g (4,5 x (30,4x10) = 1368), which yeah is a lot of calories. What you stupid dishonest keto-fuckers fail to realize though, is that it is borderline impossible to physically eat that much in a day, let alone in one sitting. A ribeye-steak has 291,1 kcal/100g, so eating a 400g, which is pretty fucking easy in one sitting, will get you 1164 kcal.
Add to this, that fruit has fiber and other nutrients in it which satiate you aswell. You motherfuckers spread this "Sugar bad, Starches bad" shit completely ignoring the dose-dependency. You are no fucking different from the vegans who do the same with animal-products.

No, it is not impossible to drink 4 liters of sugar water in a day. In fact it is very easy. Watermelon is almost entirely water and leaves the stomach immediately, this is not at all comparable to a steak that will stay in your stomach for hours as it is digested.
Honestly, how did you miss that? Have you never eaten watermelon?

>No, it is not impossible to drink 4 liters of sugar water in a day
Except you are not drinking it, because watermelon is still in solid form. Things can be in this form but still containing water. Even if you hypothecially eat 5 kg of watermelon, it is still less calories than a 500g steak, which is way easier to eat in one sitting. this is what you fail to neglect calorie/100g. I did not miss shit you disingenuous bastard. This entire bullshit keto-schizo things is just like vegans who make up bullshit mechanisms, which have no factual base i actual statistics. Take a fucking look at fruitarians, do they look fucking obese? No, they are malnourished. Whereas there are several fatasses who eat butter and bacon daily.

>you fail to neglect calorie/100g
I didn't neglect anything you moron, I am just stating the obvious fact that it is a lot easier to ingest large amounts liquids that leave your stomach immediately than solid foods that will stay there for hours. Pretending that 100 grams of watermelon is as filling as 100 grams of steak is beyond disingenuous. Or maybe you are just this retarded, I don't know. This is not that hard to understand, if you try to eat a 500 gram steak you are going to be fighting to swallow every piece and you will feel full for the rest of the day. 500 grams of watermelon is barely a snack and you will be hungry again after 30 minutes.

>However, most types of fruit contain large amounts of simple sugars, which are well-known contributory factors to obesity and obesity-related diseases. Therefore, the high level intake of particular forms of fruit such as fruit juice is not advisable in certain age groups, especially children. In addition, it has been suggested that plant fiber and phytochemicals may be responsible for the anti-obesity effects of fruit, but cereals are also rich in phytochemicals and fiber yet they have no remarkable anti-obesity effects.
