Compare the size of the fork to plate. that’s a substantial amount of egg whites. Easy 45 grams of protein.

3/4 cup of plain skyr/greek yogurt (whatever is cheaper that week at the store)
1/2 cup of fresh berries
1 tsp honey
1 slice of whole wheat sourdough french toast
1 tsp of monkfruit syrup
20 oz black coffee

Typical breakfast for me. 310 cal, 3g fat, 49g carbs (including 19g fiber and 11g sugar), 28g protein. Sometimes I'll skip the french toast and add 1/4 of granola to the yogurt, or if I want more protein I'll bake some bacon in the oven and fry a couple of eggs in the grease from the bacon.

Depends on whether it's a workout day or not.

>PWO Breakfast (No fat and minimal fiber for rapid digestion)
1.5 cup Kirkland NF Greek yogurt
2-2.5 cups frozen berries defrosted overnight in fridge with a tbsp allulose powder to make "jam". If no allulose and I have the carbs, 20-32g of Arrowhead puffed corn (unsweetened) corn cereal
240ml cold brew or 1 BoomerSips. 60-70g carb, 40g protein, 0g fat for entire meal.

>Rest day (Slow absorption, I believe in carb cycling)
1.5 cup NFGY, 15g casein powder, 15g psyllium husk powder, 13g Simply Delicious Sugar free pudding (banana or vanilla). I almond butter to get in fats and more fiber. 60ish g protein, 20g fat, 52g carb, 15g fiber
