Eat clean and sleep 8-9 hours a day every day.
Squats, deadlifts, bench press, overhead press, pull-ups. Do each of those three times at a 10 rep max weight three times a week to start. You can finish that workout routine in less than 30 minutes on a training day. That will get anyone started and if you consistently do it, you'll be more buff than 90% of guys.
