Unironically get on a glp1 agonist. Tirzepatide or retatrutide, super cheap if you go gray market. Plenty for glp1 forums can show you how to get started.

Any fears are overblown, it's riskier to be fat than to take a chance with glp1 agonists.

man I went from 92 kg to 70 kg in less than 6 months, logged my meals, didn't fucking cheat when logging, ate whole foods (had better tasting meals than when I was a fat pig), exercised every day (currently on day 197), walked cca. 7 km each day when I got the chance, lifted, stretched, did yoga, at least like 10 minutes of just moving my body daily

I didn't sacrifice my hobbies because I love vidya, and I felt so much BETTER when playing because I actually did something that day instead of just sitting around, now I can afford eating a fast food "meal" every once in a while and every time I do I just wish it was a nice piece of salmon with some potatoes and broccoli

I fell in love with feeling this good, and I don't ever wanna stop, you can either post on this shit ass board or get your fat ass moving and achieve what you want retard, you need discipline, and that's all you need
