Medically speaking, how is he still alive? He's been morbidly obese his entire life, literally since he was a child, does barely little to no exercise. And he was much fatter in the last decade.

He's only 50.

His quality years of life are likely over soon. Will have serious ailments ie. heart attacks and diabeetus complications in the next 0-10 years
