>>76392808 (OP)I already do every morning except Saturday.
Doing this shit every day has changed my entire experience of life, perception of effort, pain. Things I used to have to do to get done, doing taxes, chores, getting groceries, they happen all by themselves now. There is no decision-making involved anymore, no having to make myself do something. My brain just makes my body get up and do it. The threshold for "going through an experience I'd rather not do/have" is so much higher that things that used to be something "to do", are now below the threshold. They don't fall into the cognitive domain anymore, the brain takes care of it by itself. With every exercise and activity the limit of how far I can go is the very goal, not the result I seek. Climbing, stretching, running, kung fu exercises, all of them produce the results, by not aiming for the results, just by aiming for reaching a point of stimulation that you have to push through. For many of them, it's difficult to even reach that point anymore, and what used to be my absolute ceiling in terms of physical performance, mental focus, pain/adversity endurance and skill that I would maybe reach once every month or two, is lower than what is now my baseline.
Good shit.
