Shit. I'm too heavy for effective rep ranges on most.
I cna almost do 2 BW pull-ups, I'm at -15 on the assisted machine for 5

A pullup uses larger muscles, and more of them, as prime movers, than an overhead press does. No. A pullup with bodyweight is not nearly "the same" as overhead pressing bodyweight in any way. The first is a very baseline level of noob fitness. The second is late intermediate/early advanced strength that few ever achieve.
