This is what happens when you follow SS/5x5 etc, slight gains in the chest and forearms(and presumably back), but nothing anywhere else.

stop falling for the stupid strength = size meme

progressive overload through strength is just one method. your mind muscle connection probably sucks.

I dont know anon. Maybe thats why you still look like shit. You'd get better results doing Push ups and pulls up everyday for 90 days than whatever you got going on here. Lol, lmao even

Found the retards. Good luck making no gains and looking like op or being 135lbs and โ€œrippedโ€
>>76395223 (OP)
You clearly didnโ€™t focus on strength. And fell for the 1/2/3/4 is enough meme. Also you need to lean out your body fat percentage is too high. Also focus on getting stronger at curls and lateral raises as well as just getting stronger. 1/2/3/4 is good for 150-170lbs body weight. 2/3/4/5 for reps is what you should aim for above 185lbs body weight. 200lbs and above you should have 2/4/5/6. With weighed pull-ups of around 50% of your body weight for reps. Also aim for curling the 60lb dumbbells for reps, and doing lateral raises for reps with the 50lbs dumbbells.

The problem with chasing strength as a natty is that you inevitable becomes too fat, lets take bench for example, I'm 5'6 140lbs, benching 2 plates for me isn't any easy feat, I'd have to constantly gain weight to be able to put 5-10kg on my bench.

He means 5reps of 5 he's trolling because the human arm can only grow if it has the right amount of hormones. It's a young man's game. I tried to catch the bus but alas, I was too weak. But I have to say, my calves were Achilles tier in the 6th grade. I have a good heart according to the doc.

From the front you look like you are lacking stabilisers in your core, traps and chest and it's maybe holding your goals back. Some of your routine is good but forget some of these meme variation excercises and don't bother with pushups - do dips.
You at least need to be able to do full rom dips, with a strict, hollow, engaged core. Then add weight. Then ideally perform on rings. This will help fix your entire front quicker than anything else if this is all you have after 4 years.
Even just looking at your traps I don't believe you can do 10 strict pull ups; core and back correctly engaged, all the way down, all the way up to your collar bone - no swinging or straining your ass like I see people do all the time. Remember it's not just a lats excercise - I don't isolate traps and they grow. You should be able to do 15+ pull ups as a test, but do less with better form or add weight.
Do you curl one arm at a time? This actually builds your core more with enough weight.

Do Mentzers consolidated routine.
I only lift twice a month and ruck about once a week.
Compound lifts are supreme, isolation is a meme unless you're a pro bodybuilder
