Fix your posture first,, its pointless to aim for hypertrophy if you have kyphosis. You clavicle position and windpipe also contribute to the fullness of your neck.

Set a timer for 2 minutes and hang your head off a comfy bench while laying down.

Simply keep your head neutral while slowly looking left and right, slow and steady movement.

If you can manage 2 mins, do 2.5 mins next time.

If you can barely do 2.5 mins then just keep doing 2.5 mins until next week where you try 3.

Do this every day. It gets tons of blood into the neck and you donโ€™t need resistance. Your head is heavy enough.

It absolutely works. I went from a very small neck to a decently sized one.
NEVER ego lift with these. If something feels even a tiny bit wrong, stop. Lower weight or just leave your neck alone for the rest of the day (should probably drop most compound lifts as well since you WILL activate your upper back or neck).
ALWAYS warm up with a lower weight. Yes, you're young and can get away with not warming up for most lifts. Warm up for these.
Keep rep ranges high and weight low(ish), because, yet again, fuck injuries.

My only oopsies have taken place because I ignored the above advice. Injuries took about a week to heal but also made it hard to even have a head attached to my neck. Very annoying injuries.

I bought the neck flex. Had to import it from the US (am yurop). Worth every penny, made serious neck gains. You look kinda goofy in the gym but i couldnt care less. Some granny thought it looked hardcore tho. Watch out with overtraining and injuries. Also if your neck gets too big your sleep apnea increases.

I ordered one of these. a cheap one, so it didn't have the chin strap. I have a massive skull and a head full of hair. so this shit just ended up sliding off my head the very moment I start exercising. returned it, now I'm just doing neck curls while laying on my bed with two 2.5kg plates I tied up together with electrical tape

My neck is pretty solid. You don't need gear like that to train it. Laying on your back and lifting chin to chest and chin to shoulder and ear to shoulder works well. For the back of your neck hold a bag with water bottles between your teeth like pic related and nod up and down.

My neck is very short which is good for not getting knocked out.

They are fine, for the back of the neck i recommend holding the weights in a towel and biting it, this also trains your jaw muscles.
It can be awkward to train the front of the neck with this, it's easier to put weights on your forehead, over a towel obviously, and do neck curls.
Neck harness are fine but there are better alternatives for free, if anything you can alternate using a neck harnes and bitting the towel for the back of the neck but that's it, then again you can also do neck extension putting the weights on the back of the neck like with neck curls.

Basically it's meh.

This is unironically superior to neck harness for neck gains since you can train all 4 sides of the neck just by rotating and not having to worry about the weight position.
For neck i would definitely recommend.

I got great results training my neck
I like to do very high reps at bodyweight with my head hanging at the edge of a bed: chin to chest, ear to shoulder, full on rotation

Be careful of not using your jaw, you might clench it
If I use my weighted vest I stay in the 15-25 rep range

Easy to hurt yourself with curls/extensions/laterals. Instead hang your head + shoulders off a flat surface & do timed isometric hangs - supine, prone, left/right lateral.

If you want after doing it weightless for 10 minutes each side, buy that harness and add 2.5 lbs. Then work up to 10 minutes again.
