I haven't used Creatine, or Protein powder supplements in over two years and I am the Biggest and Leanest I've ever been.
I've tried heaps of supplements over the years. I try them, and then I get off them - if I notice no difference I never take them again.
So far the only "supplements" that really make me feel different are Raw Garlic (insane pumps) and raw Liver (overall better mood/more energy).
