>>76397300 (OP)Growth hormone and sex hormones (androgens and estrogens). Both goes for both women and women, estrogen is as vital for males as testosterone and testosterone is as vital for females as the estrogens.
I'll assume you're male, you want to pump up your testosterone as much as normally possible through lifestyle, mental exercises, physical exercise and diet. Don't try to suppress your estrogen to achieve this, unless it's apparent that your individual conversion rate of testosterone to estrogen is too high (primarily signalled by gyno).
Do a fast every once in a while, during fasting your starts to get rid of cellular junk. Everything that uses bodily resources that's not doing its job properly gets recycled. Also raises your growth hormone by a shitload, as does sprinting. One sprint a week, give everything you have in one go. No intermittent sprinting shit, no multiple sprints, just one single sprint like you are running for your life. Don't do it too often, if your body gets used to it you don't get the growth hormone increase.
Learn to endure physical strain and mental adversity. If you push the right buttons in your body and keep the mechanisms alive that our ancestors depended on at the very limits of their mental and physical abilities to survive, you are going to stay in good shape for as long as possible, mentally and physically. If there's a lot of physical and mental stimulation going on, your body will always try to keep itself in the best shape for whatever might come.
Don't do steroids.
