I'm currently in a "lose body fat and don't give a shit about anything else" mode and I need a cutting diet that will bring me on the verge of death but not kill me.

A slight 250 kcal deficit should do the trick.

No carbs or fat
Under 800 calories per day
Basically just lean meat and green veggies

It's really that simple. You don't even need to exercise

besides fasting.
low fat
starch > fructose
lean protein
i like boiled potatoes, cabbage. roasted sweet potato(no oil) and scrambled eggs(toss a few yolks if fat gets too high)
weigh everything and stick to it, no cheat days.
remember why your doing this.

I bring 2 bananas with me to work every day and eat one during my breaks before and after lunch. it makes having a fairly light breakfast and lunch pretty easy.
