Fasting.

Not only it'll get rid of all the stubborn "fat" (it's mostly water retention due to carbs), but it will also make your body eat the loose excess skin.
Dry fasting is superior and like 3x more effective than water fasting. It's also easier. Look into it.

I’m definitely genetically predisposed to them. Was skinnyfat throughout my 20s. Paying the price I guess. I’ve been running and strength training for a year now so maybe in another year they’ll be gone.

Coolsculpting. Its not too expensive, non-invasive, and looks natural. If you've never been under 15%bf I don't recommend it, it's better to learn discipline than take shortcuts. But if you've been dieting and lifting consistently for years, can get lean but still have love handles and a pouch, look into it.

Anything under 15% bodyfat is unhealthy, and you need at least 10% for visible abs without flexing.

I used to be a fatass. Lost a lot of weight, got fit but there's still fat on my belly (especially the lower part) that just wouldn't go away. At my lowest I was ~168lbs (6'3") but I still had the fat pouch, like wtf. I can't go that low or even lower again, because it will be just pouring the small amount of gains I have down the drain. I hate this shit.

How do you do dry fasting in the summer? Walking all day and having a job where I sweat gets me thirsty. Also should I just not exercise when I do the dry facts? No way you can go to the gym or go running/calisthenics outside while you are dry fasting.

I started doing ballet style/asian kung fu dancing free flowing and I'm getting crazy definition. Don't sleep on awkward mobility movements. Like if you are training and can't do the splits too. what are you doin boys. Be light, not big if you wanna feel like a fucking cheetah.

Most professional athletes are not sub 15% year around and those that had to be ultra skinny do it only for a peak events like the Olympics. Women literally become infertile and lose their periods when they are underweight (not even an athlete issue, simply any underweight woman has a way higher chance of being infertile). The idea that your idolized baseball player or soccer player is walking around at 8% is such a load of shit.

When should I focus on losing fat? It's mainly around my stomach. I'm 5'5'' at 125 pounds just started working out 2 months ago. I have been increasing the weights for my exercises. My weight goal currently is 140lbs at 15% body fat.

i strongly agree.. alot of people hop on here skinnyfat and are super determined in the moment so they think they can bulk because this is a 'lifestyle' of them now. but its not and they just get fat and then quit.

everyone should know what it feels like to be fucking shredded at least once in their life.
most of us won't keep it up for our whole lives.. but it's a nice peak to have.. would suck to hit your 50s and never had been ripped in your prime years.
