We tend to make sure we get x number of workouts in a 7 day period.
Why do we worry about that?
What we really need is 2-3 days of rest between workouts.
Gains are made with rest.
Free yourself from the mon/wed/fri prison, brothers.
Feel good.
Get your rest.
Gains will come.

My gym pretty.much forces me because it's too crowded and open for much shorter during the weekends. I've been doing mon-fri or mon-thur. It could be worse. i'm making steady gains.

I actually luck out right now.
I'm beginner so planet fitness is perfectly fine for me so it's not horribly crowded except for Mondays. But even then, I get through my 28 sets in 45 minutes. Only every now and then a station I need is taken, but I always have my alternatives.

Always smart to stay flexible on alternative exercises. I do it too if it neccecary. What's your routine like? Also been going for a couple months now and still getting settled in my routine. I kept changing it in the beginning untill i thought i had something that worked for me.

I'm taking advantage of the "everything works in the beginning" fact and just getting a chatGPT basic-bitch full-body routine in.
Dumbell squat
Romanian deadlift with dumbell
chest press
overhead tricep extension
seated cable rows
bicep curls
then obliques doing this "cable woodchopper" twisting thing
I warm up with some light rowing to get my blood pumping and body activated
Then I make sure to get steps in during the day and try to get my heart rate up so the heart gets a workout and also the stomping motion tells my body to send more bonemass and shit to my legs.
