Forget about "modes". Or do you care more about what a homosexual ab enjoyer on here calls you than what you see in the mirror?
Anyways, I'd call that "starved as fuck mode". Weak shoulders, weak back, weak chest, mid-tier abs, weak arms. for muhottermode, you'd need to train chest and upper arms, and either train your back, or increase passive tension tin order to fix your posture. Personally, I'd already try to train shoulders, neck and forearms a bit more, but I guess then the faggots on here would start calling it bear mode or some shit.
