Why do so many retards do this? I get that the range of motion is going to shorten as you go heavier, but I see so many people doing bitch-weight rows and only bringing the bar to their bellybutton. Does nobody know how to properly row anymore?

You're just moving weight

Bend over to as close to 90 degrees as you can, stay tight, keep your ribs down and row. Don't swing, row.

Your working weight will go down to 205 but you'll actually get a productive stimulus out of it. Pendlays are tough. It took me a year of consistent practice to get to 245lbs for 2 sets of 5 at 185 pounds
