I need some advice. I played volleyball for years and trained a lot so now I have way too much muscle in my thighs but no ass. My legs look disproportionate compared to the rest of my body and its driving me crazy.
I dont want to accept it. I already went through a depressive phase and stopped playing, but now I want to work on having a proportional and actually attractive body.
Is there any way I can reduce the size of my quads? Should I just starvemaxx until I lose all the muscle and then start building only glutes and core?
