not all women are like this
but yes they will seek validation from you more often, and you should give it if you like her, which makes the relationship exhausting at times but it's a "That was easy" button for putting her in a good mood
Depends. If the stretch marks are bad, skin is loose, or she's got any cellulite, easy no. If she got fat from having kids, also no.
If I'm genuinely surprised to find out she's an ex-fatty, maybe.

If she has a bedsheet worth of loose skin, hell no.
Assuming she looks normal, it depends on her attitude. If being a former fatty has taught her humility and the importance of hard work, cool. If she's still a bitter fatty at heart, or is using her newfound hotness to be the biggest turbocunt possible, then no thanks
Wife was a former fat girl, lost 60 lbs prior to meeting me, lost another 15 during the pregnancy, and then gained 80 lbs in the 4 years our child has been alive. It is a roller coaster.

I support her when she makes noises about wanting to lose it again and unconvincingly say "sure" when she asks if I still find her attractive.

There are too many fucked up white girls with daddy issues in this world, and divorcing my wife would certainly add my daughter to the pile. That and I won't be able to do better.
