How the fuck are you supposed to keep track of calories and macros.
This shit is a huge pain in the ass.
I hate using measuring cups when cooking. I just go by feel. I can't fathom the idea of measuring everything I add to a dish this is fucking stupid.

You can't even "track" calories, its impossible to tell how many calories are in a given item of food and impossible to tell how many of these will be absorbed by your stomach. You absolutely do not need to track macros anyway, only micros matter.

All micros are essential. Your body can survive for literal YEARS without macros (see Angus Barbieri) but it needs micros daily or you will suffer.

They put the calories on the package then you divide than by the servings. How is this hard?

If you eat naturally you don't need to track anything. Needing to count cals/macros is a function of eating a degenerated diet of modern foods that cause hormone dysfunction.

This is true, but you shouldn't need to track micros either. There is a lot of deliberate confusion regarding micros because most authorities claim that they can be obtained from plants when they can't in any adequate quantity. So any tracking app will be erroneous. Again, eating naturally (wild animals as much of the animal as possible) nullifies the need to track anything. All macro and micronutrients are obtained in ideal ratios and quantities when a species eats that to which it is evolved to eat. This is true for all species, humans aren't some exception that can become "more healthy" eating man-made foods.

The only thing I do when I want to lose weight is skipping breakfast and slightly smaller portions. That's a couple hundred calories. Werks for me.

Without a lab? You can't. Just guess it, it's all voodoo science anyway since you literally equate the human body with an oven (or in this case "bomb calorimeter") putting you at the level of some BC culture from antiquity.

Just practise it for a few days and then you will have a good idea of what you're eating without actually measuring anything for years to come.
