In reality it's more of a 25-30 minute routine instead of 10 mins and I only do it a couple a week on the days I don't workout (and do other stretches) but it definitely helps out. If your posture is real dog shit do it daily for a at least a couple weeks and you'll really feel a difference.
When I haven't done that stretch routine for a while I can pretty much feel my chest and upper back tightening up and hunching forward.
