I do an older routine by the same guy which is pretty similar -

In reality it's more of a 25-30 minute routine instead of 10 mins and I only do it a couple a week on the days I don't workout (and do other stretches) but it definitely helps out. If your posture is real dog shit do it daily for a at least a couple weeks and you'll really feel a difference.

When I haven't done that stretch routine for a while I can pretty much feel my chest and upper back tightening up and hunching forward.

That pillow advice is a good way to fuck up your spine irreversible. Just look up videos on youtube by physical therapists and do what they say.

The two best pieces of advice I've heard on it are
>Raise up your chest as high as you can
>Place most of your weight on your heels, almost to where you feel like you're going to fall over backwards. You'll Now be looking slightly up, just look down to correct that. Boom proper head posture.

I just sleep with no pillow. Rolled up tshirt under my neck. Feels like a very neutral and comfy position, I never wake up with neck pain if i do this
