How much trust can I put into fitbit's calorie counting? I've been overstating my calories in to give myself a buffer and I like to think it at least gives me a foundation to pay attention to my diet and health. Yeah satiety wise they won't do great because their caloric density isn't great. Substitute with something that hits a similar spot (sweetness for example) but has more volume, or with something entirely different that has a lot of volume.

Because of how hyped it is I caved and ordered some online as a euro who has never seen them. I ordered chocolate and ones with pink frosting (strawberry?). Both were absolutely shit. Dry, artificial as shit flavor, weird texture, far too sweet.
I tried them normally which was borderline unedible and toasted which was better but still like a C-D tier sweet. Chocolate was vile, the strawberry was okay in a "fake strawberry flavor" kinda way.

In general, keep going with your approach, if you're getting desperate do a short fast or increase deficit.
Personally I use the frustration from it as motivation to go hard on exercise, a few days of going hard on exercise and you usually break through most plateaus.

>>76406316Thanks anon. 970 calories was including my breakfast of 3 eggs with tomatoes and shallots and cheese, so total binge of yummy protein shit was only 650 cals and 89 protein, but that includes my protein shake I have every day. In any event, I just heavily reduced grilled chicken meal for today. Just had lentil soup with the swedish crisp rye bread stuff and a bit of grilled chicken. Finished the day at ~1600 cals and 155g protein.
I also water fasted yesterday, so may have made me hungrier than usual. In any event, not going to buy protein pop tarts anymore, they taste too good, fuck up my dopamine.

Ignore the apps faggy recommendations but is this a sustainable omad? 450g of 5% mince, 5 baby potatoes, and some wheat cereal. I have other meals for other days, mostly chicken, but I'm curious if this is decent for once or twice a week? I drink plenty of water, lift 3 times a week, and get my steps. gonna buy a heavy bag and gloves soon for cardio as well. I'm basically wondering if I'm not eating enough for this amount of exercise? I don't feel nearly as hungry as I did with a fat fuck diet

You just have to deal with your TDEE and cut from there. You're probably quite thin on top of being very short so you might not need to do it for long.

I've been sticking to 1200 kcal a day, and fairly steadily losing 0.5kg a month. The only way I can make it work is by skipping breakfast and having like 200 to 300 kcal for lunch every day. Even when I'm eating at maintenence, a TDEE this low means I'm probably going to be counting calories forever.

Depending on how low carb you are, have a tasty glass of milk. And if you work out or exercise a lot, make it choccy milk.
And you get to have that ever day.
Savory meals every day. Every meal.
It just makes eating fast food difficult though because most fast food is loaded with shitty carbs as a filler. Not even useful carbs. And if you want the hunks of meat you need, it's going to cost an arm and a fucking leg and it's not economically sustainable.
