I begin pyramid workout with chin ups starting from 10 reps to 9, 8 7, etc. I hope this brings gains and strength. My lanky arms are definitely my biggest weakness of all body parts. I will also start doing weighted pull ups with 3x3 program because my pull ups are weak compared to chin ups.
