tammy still needs to lose even more weight, it's a stretch to say she could EVER look normal having been the weight she was, but I have a theory that if she just kept cutting down to like, anorexic tier weight, maybe 95 lbs for her height (which is still perfectly healthy for Gods sake) and maintained that for a while, I think some of that horrendous skin would tighten up, face would lose the weird stored fat, and THEN she should get the excess surgically removed, and the start weight lifting and slowly adding weight back until she's maybe 120lbs at the lowest healthy bodyfat she can maintain. She might actually have a chance at looking normal then
