5'9 170lbs. Went from 160lbs to 190lbs in a month then realized i was obese and decided to cut. Still no abs or definition or anything after 4 months lifting.
>>76411799 (OP) its too high that's what it is. the arbitrary number is irrelevant, mirror tells what matters. Considering you have been lifting only for 4 months, you probably need to get down to ~120lbs for abs. Pic rel is 5'9.

Adjustable so i started on 12lbs now at 30s-40s and i'll use them till i max them out at 90lbs each. Couldn't even lift them at the beginning i was extremely weak. I might be a fat fuck right now but i finally got consistent so i'm confident i'll look decent in a year.
