What's the point of going on after technical failure? I've heard some people say you should keep doing reps until total failure even if your technique is fucked but What's the point of reps where you're not hitting the right spots?
That’s 2005 bro science. We are now doing low reps with high weights for strength, high reps with lower weights for volume.
