it'll take some time but you're hitting light weights so should start seeing some tone very soon. Stay away from heavy weights, they will only make you look bulkier.

wtf is a cuban press? you're probably not going to make much progress with 13 pound dumb bells, man. you should probably incorporate push ups and pull ups if you have access to a bar, at the very least

Your money would've been better spent on a pullup bar to do calisthenics with. 6kg weights and nothing else won't allow you to get much progress at all.

do hammer curls on your knees, work your way up to 60 to 100 or so.
then do skullcrushers for 60 to 100 or so.
repeat this 3 sets total and your noob gains will 'arrive in the mail with free shipping within several business days'

Then start with static hangs, unless you're a serious fat fuck in which case lose weight THEN start with static hangs if you still can't do a pullup

It will take a couple of months.
Use light weights but good form and make each rep sloooooow. The goal is to flood the muscle with as much blood as possible when you get micro tears so the repair process starts with an engorged muscle to maximize growth.

You don't need a lot of weight nor a lot of sets nor a lot of reps. 3 sets of 8 reps at low weight with good form with very slow movement from beginning to end will generate good results.
