You think I didn't make an appointment already? In my dogshit ass country you have to wait 2 MONTHS MINIMUM to get seen by a doctor. My appointment is in 2 weeks. I asked for it a month ago when I realized "Fuck, this won't go away on its own"

No, I don't.
Anon, you think a doctors appointment is a safe way to rehab? The last 2 tooth doctors I went to were some mystery meat third worlders who told me nothing was wrong. The third guy, an old German guy, told me I need to get my wisdom teeth removed ASAP or my gums will start to rot away. Those two previous faggots didn't even catch it.
I did make a doctors appointment. Will it do me any good? Who the fuck knows. I sure know my dad didn't get any help when he snapped his shit and all the pajeets and mudshits were talking about
>we don't know what this is sir!
until the fourth or fifth guy he went to could treat him. FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUUUUUUUCK

It's probably a hairline fracture, don't bones heal on their own anyway. You're going to pay 5k just for the doctor to basically say
>don't move it for a few months
and put it in a cast

you have to figure out whats wrong with the wrist first by googling the tests they do to see if its tendonitis vs hairline fracture vs sprained muscle then do the correct healing protocol.

Dentists will do that. Some dentist may even just mention it but not recommend anything. My brother is an endodontist and he quickly just mentioned he can see all 4 of my wisdom teeth in the xrays but thats as much as he said about them. He was focused on the root canal. Even today he still doesnt mention it or recommend any action on them.

I've had this issue. In my case it was a pulled/irritated ulnar nerve. I had to eliminate everything that didn't have neutral wrist posistion. Even things like normal curls and pullups would make it worse. But neutral curls and neutral pressing was fine as long as the wrist wasn't bent.
Had to do a ton of cable fly to even hit chest.

People recommended nerve glides and stuff but it didn't help. Even icing and heat stuff didn't do shit. Just sleep with a brace and touch it to your chest as a habit every time you're getting up or sitting down so you don't accidentally put weight on it.

Rest it a while and do these exercises 2 times every day and as a warm-up before any workouts (and wear a wrist support wrap when during the workout too), I was the same as you but I'm on the mend.

I fucked up my wrist/thumb on my left hand 2 years ago a couple months after i started lifting.
Made me quit for a while and that turned into lifting once every 6 months for a month and quitting again.
The pain was there for at least 6 months.
Maybe a year. Even playing videogames hurt.
Then one day i started lifting again from scratch curling 10lbs dumbbells...and the pain was GONE. And its still gone. Needed a year to heal ig.

Collagen type whatever, vitamins salt etc and bulking while blood in the muscle stuff once its past sharp pain.

Maybe pull on it like a deadhang and work the motion while lightly pressing on it and stretching, do circles and tense it and shit. I recover from at least sharp pain really easily and consistently.

I feel like you should be pretty hesitant with surgery as they just want to do an operation to give someone experience. And wouldnt know how to heal sports injuries nearly as well besides giving you steroids or cortisol.

Nah ive had shoulder pain for months and lifting once fucks it, its knowing how to recover properly that makes it not worse.

I legit need to start charging for advice like this if a doctor told you this shit youd be thinking hes the best doctor in the world. Ive probably gotten a ton of people jacked as all shut from my advice more than any personal trainer too if youre lifting like me.

>can't lift anything above 5KG
Know your limits, lift 2.5kg. Is it wrist extension, contraction or rotation that causes pain? Figure out which movements cause pain, then figure out which tendon is fucked up, then figure out which exercises get bloodflow to the tendon.
do these light movements every day to get more blood to the tendon, warm up before- soak your hand/wrist in a bowl of hot water, do some cardio to get heartrate up, then your pussyweight exercises. If you feel minimal pain then you can progress in weight/reps
Clean up your diet, get plenty of collagen/protein in, get lots of sleep. Avoid stimulants as much as possible (caffeine, nicotine) they are vasoconstrictors and fuck with collagen synthesis. Keep at it for a few weeks and you should see improvement

to add on to the diet- vitamin C is necessary for collagen synthesis. So eat lots of citrus fruits, pineapple, watermelon, strawberries etc. Right now pineapple and watermelon are in season so feast on that shit along with lots of eggs, beef, chicken etc. Can also make bone/carcass broth to get collagen. Shellfish stew is good too for calcium/glucosamine
You can add collagen powder and vit C/glucosamine supps if you want, I don't think they are necessary but they can help if your diet is shit

I still lifted with a wrist injury, just pushed through the pain and even did demanding shit like 1 arm deadhangs with weight, the result being it hasn't gotten better over 2 years and has started noticeably healing only recently when I got rid of every exercise that was causing me pain. It's probably nothing major, doesn't really affect my daily life, that doesn't make me less retarded though.
