Girl left so I'm back to focusing on gym
I am stuck at curling 35lbs and benching 175lbs. I am 165lbs, 5'10. How do I escape this plateau /fit?

that doesn't seem like a bad plateau to be stuck at your like 10lbs away from most peoples max curls and like 1-2 years away from most peoples max bench
