)
Week 3&4 in the ~8 rep range
Week 5&6 in the 5 rep range
Deload, then releate, ideally with more weight on the bar in each rep range

Bit of a fast day today. Weight is a little lighter than I wanted. I may only fast 2 days this weekend instead of three. I am losing two training days before my deload week where I just do cardio so this weeks training was changed a bit. Knee/glute are still feeling pretty good and getting better. Working on my hip too.
