Been obese for most of my life and about 4 months ago I decided I would do whatever it takes to look like picrel. Started eating less and went from 260 to currently 225. I still look like shit and I’ve still been eating the same slop as I always have, just much less of it, and I’m still not exercising.
Wondering if I’m actually gonna have to actually eat healthy foods and exercise now. Just want advice on what I should be eating, how low of a weight I need to go to, and what exercises I should be doing if necessary.
