Why do stupid bastards think that using banned techniques or fouls means they would win, what makes you think Reiner would stick to the rules of judo in a scenario without rules, he wouldn't you stupid fuck.
The example you put worked because it wasn't allowed by the rules so he was surprised by it, literally everyone would be surprised if the opponent does something that isn't allowed, it doesn't mean it would work on any other setting.
Recommending to do leg attacks on a giganigger like reiner is literally begging to be raped, you are putting yourself on a compromised position where if Reiner defends he can literally put his entire weight on you, this is why wrestling doesn't have open weight classes, because the leg takedowns are basically impossible to perform against bigger opponents while judo is was made by a manlet to beat bigger guys.
This is shohei ono throwing reiner

The only way to beat reiner is to have a flawless seoi nage or uchi mata to surprise him, big guys at judo aren't good at maneuvering around fast and technical throws because since they are big they unconsciously rely more on power than timing and positioning.
Performing the technique as fast as possible and making sure reiner lands on his face would shock him for half a second that you can use to soccer kick his head off, that would be the only possible way to beat him in op's scenario.
One month is plenty of time to perfect one technique if you only train one technique but it has to be perfect and if you fail there's nothing to do.
