Lifting heavy is not healthy

>b-b-but the fucked up surgeries

It's not just the surgeries, the human body is simply not designed to lift big weights. Moderate strength training + cardio will always be superior to powershitting/bodydestroying. If you want to be strong and actually healthy you sould follow advice from guys who are old and still WALKING like Scooby who is 65 and runs marathons

Do you go to /n/ and tell people not to drive too fast in case they end up like Ayrton Senna? Why bother posting this bollocks?

Oh wow, what a discovery OP. You also want to tell us we weren't meant to drink too much water cause we can die from that too?

it was the surgeries, he could've go with a few years of physical therapy and stop lifting heavy he would be fine now. no surgeries were needed.

anything more than a fast walk will damage your body. Gymcels will deny this

Sure, I get what you're saying. Not everyone needs to push themselves to the limit. I will still continue to lift heavy and train hard.

Lee Haney and other lifters from his era seem to be in pretty good health, no? I'll just avoid 800 pound squats while on gear and in contest prep, 3 things that'll likely never be a factor for me regardless. Also avoid Chiropractors like the plague, and lay off the lifting post-injuries.

I hope the STEM cell stuff helps Ronnie walk again soon.

Nearly all forms of cardio also fuck up your body. Swimming is the only relatively safe one

False, it's fine if you only do one set. It's the volume that kills
